Who We Are
ENAGMA is a Zimbabwe-registered consultancy established in 2021 that designs and coordinates solutions to complex environmental and agricultural challenges.We specialise in structuring implementation-ready initiatives by aligning policy priorities, financing strategies, and delivery partnerships across public, private, research, and international actors.
What We Do
ENAGMA originates concepts and develops structured solutions to address real-world environmental and agricultural challenges. Our work includes programme and framework development, consortium coordination, and support for implementation-ready project design.Where appropriate, ENAGMA develops proprietary frameworks and methodologies to strengthen delivery quality, coherence, and scalability. Our approach prioritises coordination rather than asset ownership, enabling replication and broader public benefit.

Goromonzi Methane Reduction InitiativeDesign and co-development of a consortium-based programme addressing methane emissions in livestock and agricultural systems through biogas piloting, land restoration, and gender-responsive approaches.Goromonzi Forest Conservation InitiativeDevelopment of an integrated conservation and restoration model combining Indigenous Knowledge Systems, drone technology, and remote sensing to address deforestation, biodiversity loss, and sustainable livelihoods in Goromonzi North, Zimbabwe.GHIP-Zim: Green Hydrogen for Industrial ProductionConceptualisation and co-development of a green hydrogen initiative focused on integrating renewable hydrogen into ammonia fertiliser production at Sable Chemicals, supporting industrial decarbonisation and national resilience objectives. This initiative reflects prior concept development experience and is distinct from current proposals under development.
